Or is it that we cannot express our feelings for each other except when buying something?

How much of the stuff we buy, it’s simply just to buy something, instead of giving out something that will have meaning?

-Wife: Not for now, we don’t want you to be walking around like …like …

-Me: Cell phones make you stupid …

– 7: You have cell phones and look at them all day, therefore you are stupid …

-Me: Could be, but we are in charge …

7 year old philosophy …

My daughter 7, complaining about homework and chores, looking at a picture back when she was a baby, sucking her thumb on my arms …

– Those were the good old days …

 

And then she looks at me and asks:

– Daddy, was Michael Jackson alive when you were alive?
